When I took over as Chairman of Brunata, we were in the middle of a strategic watershed. The business needed to be rethought, the culture needed to be strengthened and the management team needed to be united around a new direction. In just a few years, we turned losses into growth and prepared the company for sale.
It's this experience - combined with advising management teams in both Denmark and internationally - that underpins my consultancy programs. I work closely with the CEO, board and key employees, mapping the most important decisions and helping the organization execute without losing the people along the way.

"The transformation Eva led at Brunata created enormous value and enabled a highly successful exit. Her sound judgment, strong values and ability to bring the right people together were critical to the outcome."
Strategies only work if the organization can and will carry them. I start with a sharp analysis of the market, customers, products and finances. We identify the decisions that really move numbers and prioritize them by impact and resources. The result is a roadmap that is ambitious - but realistic.
Change doesn't happen on paper. I attend management meetings, steering groups and workshops and ensure that decisions are implemented. We establish clear goals, reporting and follow-up so everyone knows what's happening - and when.
Strategy falls apart if culture doesn't keep up. I help the leadership team have conversations about values, roles and expectations so that collaboration supports the new goals. We work with transparency, feedback and shared mindset.
The consultancy brings together owners, board and executive team. We clarify the mandate, risk tolerance and reporting so that everyone is pulling in the same direction and the pace doesn't break in the middle of the process.
Management gets a prioritized roadmap for the next quarters. You know exactly what decisions need to be made and which KPIs show that you're on the right track.
We translate strategy into concrete actions, responsibilities and deadlines so projects don't stall - even when everyday life gets busy.

We start by creating a clear picture of the organization's current situation. We assess the economy, market situation and internal culture. Through workshops and interviews with employees, we gain insight into both visible and invisible challenges. This hands-on approach ensures that the organization's "temperature" is understood and that the areas that require attention are correctly identified.
Based on the initial assessment, we dive into data, analytics and customer feedback. We identify the root causes of the challenges and explore how the organization can best adapt to meet future needs. This phase is crucial for understanding the real issues rather than just the symptoms.
Based on the analysis, we develop a concrete action plan. We prioritize initiatives, set timelines and define responsibilities. The plan is presented simply and concretely so decision-makers can quickly understand and act on it. Our pragmatic approach ensures that everyone involved knows what needs to be done and when.
During the implementation phase, we act as a facilitator and support for managers as they implement the decided initiatives. We ensure that communication channels are clear and that all parties are engaged so that the implementation runs smoothly and efficiently.
After implementation, we follow up on progress. We measure the results, adjust the approach as needed and ensure that learning is shared across the organization. The ongoing follow-up ensures that the organization is on the right track and can adapt to changes in the environment.
In the evaluation, we gather the results and assess what has worked well and what can be improved. We point out next steps so the organization can continue the momentum and develop in the desired direction. This final phase gives the organization a clear plan for the future.
A Nordic technology company faced declining revenue and unclear roles between board and management. Over six months, we worked on a clear strategy, a new reporting setup and a culture where conflicts were handled openly. The result was a strengthened pipeline and faster decisions in the management team.
At Brunata, we worked in the same way: transparency about numbers, clear mandate to top management and continuous follow-up. I use this experience when I help other companies balance pace, quality and relationships.

Practical details on process, scope and collaboration.
Before we kick-start the process, I talk to key people from the board and management, review key figures and relevant documents. We agree on what success should be measured and what decisions should be made at the end.
I typically work with the entire management team - CEO, CFO, COO, HR - and the chairman of the board. If needed, middle managers or a project team are involved if they are central to the execution.
A typical program lasts 3-6 months. We work intensively in the beginning to create clarity and pace, after which we meet at regular intervals to follow up and adjust.
Confidentiality is a prerequisite. We agree which information can be shared widely and which remains within the circle working with the advice. I only document what we decide together.
We wrap up with an evaluation and a list of next steps. Many choose follow-up check-ins or short workshops to maintain momentum.
